Currently serving as Franchise Development Director of Texas-based HomeWell Care Services, Jack has been involved in franchising since 2012, serving in a variety of leadership roles, from Chief Development officer for a Philadelphia-based franchise, to owning a franchise consulting firm and owning and operating a franchise business of his own called Liquid Capital of Greater Philadelphia, a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) company.
Jack is an advocate for small business ownership, and especially for those seeking ownership via franchising. He formerly chaired the Access to Capital committee within the Black Franchise Leadership Council which is part of the International Franchise Association’s Diversity Institute. In 2021, he was named as one of the “Top 100 Global Influencers” by 1851 Franchise and SeoSamba.
Prior to franchising, Jack enjoyed the opportunity to gain over 20 years of management experience with AT&T, the last ten years in various executive level assignments. A native of the Greater Philadelphia area, Jack attended Temple University with Business Administration as his major. His volunteer resume includes leadership roles in various non-profits in Philadelphia, Phoenix and Omaha. Jack currently volunteers for the Philadelphia chapter of SCORE where he serves as a certified business mentor and the subject matter expert for franchising and access to capital.
