Official Event Contractor

GES is the official event contractor, providing many services including booth build, furniture, banners, signage, logistics, shipping, flooring, labor, material handling and more!

  • Incentive pricing is available on orders received by September 2nd, 2026.
  • Standard pricing will apply to all orders received after this date.
  • Orders placed onsite may result in additional charges and will be limited availability, so we strongly recommend ordering online pre-show.

You will receive a welcome email from GES within 10 days of signing up to the event, however you can view the information and catalog prior to receiving this. Once you receive the welcome email, you will be able to create an account to place an order.

  • GES is the exclusive provider of the following services: material handling services, in-booth cleaning, overhead sign hanging, labor, and rental of mechanized equipment.
  • GES is the event's sole recommended supplier of standard and specialty furniture, carpet and flooring, staging, exhibit rental, installation and dismantle labor, transportation, signage, banners and graphics.

Internet

Exclusively provided by the Broward County Convention Center.

  • There is complimentary WiFi available in some of the venue public lobby areas, however the strength and connectivity of this is not guaranteed. If internet is required for your booth, we strongly recommend ordering a personal connection through the BCCC.

Electric, Lighting, Air and Plumbing

Exclusively provided by Edlen Electrical Exhibition Services.

  • Electric is not included with standard booths.

Important Information for Electric and Lighting

  • If you have an inline or peninsula booth power will be delivered to the back of your booth space. If you have an island booth you will need to send Edlen a floor plan letting them know where you want your power located. More information can be found on their website.

  • Exhibitors can plug in their own 120 volt equipment. For any equipment 208 volt or higher, an Edlen electrician must make the connection. This can be booked via the Edlen website.

  • Exhibitors are allowed to hang their own lights. However, if labor is hired to set up the booth and lights, Edlen electricians must hang the lights. When ordered through Edlen, power is included in the cost of the light.

24 Hour Power

  • 24 Hour power is available to order through Edlen Electric. Power is only guaranteed to be 'on' during move in, show, and move out hours.
  • 24-hour power is never turned off once it is delivered to the booth space and connected.
  • If your equipment should not be turned off, ie: computer servers, it is recommended you order 24-hour power.
  • 24 hour power is mandatory for anyone with a fridge, ice cream machine or freezer-type equipment on the booth.

Air and Plumbing
Edlen is also the exclusive provider of Air and Plumbing for the event, please contact them directly for further information.

Lead Capture Scanners

Exclusively provided by Jonas Event Technology, the official event registration supplier.

Jonas offers a lead retrieval service that enables exhibitors to scan the badge of any event attendee or exhibitor who visits their booth, to collect their registration contact information. Using an instantaneous data collection service like this is a great way to maximize your time at your booth, and efficiently capture leads during the show.

  • The app is compatible with smartphones and tablets with a camera.
  • An internet connection or mobile data is required to set up the app and login, however no connection is required to use it once it's set up. This can be done before arriving onsite. If you don't have internet at the show, the app will sync any scanned data once it reconnects to the internet, and there is free WiFi available within the venue lobby available to use.
  • Discounts are available for ordering more than one app license.

Booth Catering and Food/Beverage Sampling

Exclusively provided by Savor...Fort Lauderdale (BCCC)

Savor...Fort Lauderdale is the exclusive food and beverage provider at the Broward County Convention Center. No food or beverage of any kind is permitted to be brought into the venue by exhibitors.

Note, unauthorized selling or sampling of food and/or beverages may result in:

  • Immediate removal of the items
  • A penalty fee equivalent to BCCC's published catering rates for similar products

Sampling

If you are the manufacturing/producing company of the product, and wish to sample your product from your booth, please follow the below steps.

  1. Carefully read through and complete this application form.
  2. Send the completed application form and your Certificate of Insurance to catering@ftlauderdalecc.com, with your Account Manager copied in on the email. Your COI must name the Broward County Convention Center, SMG/ASM Global and Broward County as Additionally Insured. An example COI can be found here with the exact wording required.
  3. The Catering Department will be in touch once your application has been reviewed. Until you receive written confirmation of approval, you will not be permitted to sample.

If you are looking to rent out kitchen space outside of your booth, or additional kitchen equipment such as chafers, heat lamps, hot boxes etc., please reach out to your Account Manager as soon as possible who can assist with arranging this. Note, this will be arranged directly with the BCCC and will incur additional hire charges which will be settled between you and the venue.

 

Insurance

RainProtection is the official provider of insurance for exhibitors.

  • As a standard requirement for all our show exhibitors, it is necessary for you to carry general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate.

  • All exhibitors must provide a copy of their certificate of insurance (COI).

  • Your COI must be submitted no later than Friday, August 14th. 

  • If you do not have valid insurance in place, click HERE for further information on purchasing event-specific compliant insurance for $109 + tax.

Compliant Exhibitor COI must:

  • Be valid between Wednesday, 23th September - Saturday, 26th September 2026.

  • List the certificate holder as: IFA Expo Inc. (382 George St ,Flr 2, New Brunswick, NJ 08901)

  • Note the under 'description of operations: "Additional Insured: IFA Expo Inc., Business Show Media Inc, ASM Global Parent, LLC, SMG, Greater Ft. Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center, Broward County Board of County Commissioners, Broward County, Florida, their Officers, Directors, Agents and Employees and Global Experience Specialists. As respects to claims arising out of the operations of Exhibiting Company at IFA World Franchise Show 2026."

How to Submit your COI:

  1. If you purchase your COI through the above RainProtection link, this will be submitted once it's processed. You do not need to resubmit it yourself.
  2. If you decide to use your own insurance, please make it compliant to the above and submit a copy to: portal@Rainprotection.net. You MUST include the Official Show Name and Year clearly written in the body of your email, e.g.: I will be exhibiting at IFA World Franchise Show 2026
