Perkins American Food Co. - Founded in 1958 as a single pancake house in Ohio, Perkins has grown into a family-favorite restaurant with nearly 300 locations in 32 states and two Canadian provinces. Through the years, Perkins has continued its mission of providing guests with friendly service and classic comfort dishes at a great price. Sure, Perkins started with dozens of pancake and waffle options., but it’s grown to offer American staples like breakfast all day, hearty homestyle entrees like our juicy burgers, and a wide selection of handcrafted handhelds, soups, and salads. The most iconic piece of Perkins Bakery is, you guessed it, the pie. Pretty sweet, huh?

We have two design options for franchise owners to choose from: our full-service family dining option, which ranges in size from 3,000 to 4,500 sq.ft, and our ALL NEW cafe express option, Perkins Griddle & Go, which can fit into spaces as small as 1,500 sq.ft.
