Cupbop was founded in 2013 by Jung Song in Salt Lake City Utah.  It all began with a single food truck.  Cupbop is the orignal Korean BBQ in a Cup in the United States.  

Cupbop has 70 locations in the U.S., 250 in Indonesia, 3 in Dubai, and Canada is coming soon!  Last year Cupbop opened franchising to external candidates. 

With its inception from a food truck, we are versatile to be able to go into smaller spaces when necessary, which provides an advantage when selecting locations.

In 2022 Cupbop was featured on ABC's Shark Tank.  All five sharks loved our food and wanted to invest in Cupbop. 

We have in house support including operations, construction, training, and supply chain.  Cupbop is currently operating in 12 states and is poised to open across the country.
