Founded in 2003 in Boca Raton, Florida, SparkleTeam built an established local franchisee base in South Florida before being acquired by JDI Cleaning Limited Partnership. JDI has operated a three-tier janitorial franchise system in Canada for more than 30 years and has deep experience supporting regional and local franchisees. With Anita Elliott as CEO and Adam Yazejian as President & Chief Franchise Development Officer, SparkleTeam’s leadership combines deep operating credibility and focused franchise development expertise, with Anita Elliott bringing 15+ years of JDI experience including direct regional franchise ownership, and Adam Yazejian joining from Anago Cleaning Systems to lead regional growth.
