Since opening its first location, West Coast Sourdough has experienced remarkable growth and now operates more than 50 locations across multiple states, with an additional 80+ restaurants in development. The brand has quickly become known for its premium handcrafted sandwiches, fresh salads, hearty soups, and welcoming neighborhood atmosphere.

West Coast Sourdough was founded by Manny Deol, a seasoned entrepreneur with decades of experience in the restaurant industry. His passion for building successful restaurant concepts and creating meaningful franchise partnerships has been the driving force behind the company's rapid expansion. Working alongside Manny is Damon Bhatia, Chief Financial Officer, whose extensive financial expertise and strategic leadership have helped establish the strong operational foundation that supports the brand's continued growth. Together, they have built a leadership team dedicated to innovation, operational excellence, and long-term franchisee success.
