A native South Floridian with proud Spanish and Cuban roots, Alicia is a graduate of the University of Miami. Her passion for franchising began at an early age as the daughter of one of the first Amoco gas franchisees, whose organization grew to more than 27 locations. Watching that business expand gave her a firsthand appreciation for the dedication, challenges, and opportunities that come with franchise ownership.
