Anthony (Tony) Padulo, CFE, is Chief Development Officer at Arthur Murray Dance Studios since August 2025. Prior to joining Arthur Murray, Tony was Chief Development Officer at School of Rock for 8 years. During his tenure at School of Rock, Tony built a comprehensive growth process, including all phases from lead generation to opening of the schools, growing the brand from 160 schools in 8 countries in 2017 to over 420 schools globally with master franchise agreements in 23 countries. With 45 years’ experience in Franchise Development, Tony has worked in various development leadership roles with BP Oil, ReMax Realty, and 22 years at Dunkin’ Donuts, where he led the international development team for 10 of those 22 years.
