Charleigh Roberts, Director of Marketing, has been with Hickory Dickory Decks for 14 years, joining after earning her Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University. She began in sales while assisting the CEO and worked her way into leading the company’s marketing department. Greg Potticary, Director of Franchise Management, has been with HDD for 18 years and holds degrees in Sport Management from Brock University and Construction Engineering from Mohawk College. In addition to their executive corporate roles, both Charleigh and Greg are successful Hickory Dickory Decks franchise owners, bringing firsthand experience, operational knowledge, and valuable insight to prospective franchise partners.
