Christine Roselli

Christine Roselli is the owner of Junk King Tampa South, a veteran-owned junk removal and recycling company serving homeowners and businesses throughout the greater Tampa Bay area. She is passionate about building a customer-focused business that combines exceptional service, environmental responsibility, and community involvement. Drawing on more than a decade of leadership experience in the U.S. Coast Guard, Christine brings a mission-driven approach to entrepreneurship, team development, and operational excellence.

In addition to leading Junk King Tampa South, Christine serves as a Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Coast Guard Reserve and is currently the Operations Officer for Port Security Unit (PSU) 307, where she oversees the readiness, training, and operations of more than 120 Coast Guard Reservists. A 2012 graduate of the U.S. Coast Guard Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Government and International Relations, she has served aboard cutters in Key West, Honolulu, Miami, and Bahrain, including command of USCGC BERNARD C. WEBBER. Her assignments have included counter-drug operations, migrant interdiction, maritime security, strategic planning, and defense operations, providing her with extensive experience leading teams in dynamic and high-pressure environments.

Christine believes the leadership principles that drive military success—integrity, accountability, teamwork, and service—are equally important in building a successful small business. She enjoys speaking about leadership, entrepreneurship, veteran transition, and creating organizations that make a positive impact in their communities.

Christine lives in Tampa, Florida, with her husband, LT Michael Buydos, U.S. Navy, a submariner. They met while serving in Bahrain. Outside of work, she enjoys CrossFit, hiking, baking, and reading.
