With more than 25 years of experience scaling multi-unit businesses, Don is recognized for building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and creating systems that enable sustainable growth. His expertise spans franchise operations, leadership development, unit-level economics, and performance optimization. Before joining Zoom Room, Don held senior leadership positions with several prominent consumer and fitness brands, including executive roles with organizations affiliated with Orangetheory Fitness and F45 Training. Throughout his career, he has successfully guided rapid expansion efforts, strengthened franchisee performance, and developed scalable operating models that improve both customer experience and business outcomes.
