Don Helphrey is a franchise leadership executive with more than 35 years of experience in the automotive space with 20 years leading growth initiatives in the automotive franchise industry. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for driving strategic expansion and delivering measurable results in highly competitive markets.

Currently serving as Vice President of Franchise for FullSpeed Automotive, Don has leadership responsibility over franchise operations as well as franchise sales strategy and executive reporting functions while overseeing cross-functional collaboration across marketing, real estate, and construction. Prior to FullSpeed Automotive, he held senior franchise leadership roles with Best Choice Roofing and Big O Tires. He has utilized his expertise in franchise operations strategy, multi-unit leadership and development, and market planning to award franchise agreements throughout the United States.
