Garret Steed is a Managing Partner at Rio Açaí, where he oversees franchise development and operations. A former multi-unit franchisee, he spent five years opening and operating five locations and leading more than 100 employees before transitioning to the franchisor side. Garret holds an MBA from the University of Florida and is passionate about helping entrepreneurs succeed through scalable franchise systems and strong operational excellence.
