Ric Militi, CEO and Executive Creative Director of InnoVision Marketing Group, is an accomplished marketing leader with over three decades of experience helping national and multi-location brands expand their market presence. Throughout his career, Ric has led innovative campaigns for brands including Domino’s Pizza, Nissan, Neutrogena and Corona Beer, while pioneering InnoVision Marketing Group’s Anti-Agency® model to deliver scalable, integrated marketing. 

As Senior Vice President and Senior Creative Director, Giselle Campos leads InnoVision’s creative strategy, helping brands build connections that drive engagement and loyalty. She develops captivating content for brands including Huey Magoo’s, Krak Boba, Buddy’s bar-b-q and Island Fin Poké Co., and guides InnoVision’s proprietary initiatives in Influencer, AI and Hispanic Marketing divisions to expand brands’ reach and cultural relevance.
