Jim Holthouser is the CEO of GoTo Foods, the platform company with seven iconic brands including Auntie Anne's®, Carvel®, Cinnabon®, Jamba®, McAlister's Deli®, Moe's Southwest Grill®, and Schlotzsky's. He is leading GoTo Foods into its next phase of growth, delivering value to partners, driving results and profitability for franchisees, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. With nearly 40 years in global franchising, Jim previously managed a $36B portfolio at Hilton, launching five new brands and spearheading digital innovations. He holds an MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management and a B.A. and M.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Louisville. Jim has served on various boards and advisory councils, is fluent in German, conversant in French, and a trained pianist. Married to Bettie for over 30 years, they have two grown children, Kate and Adam.
