Jonathan Hill, Co-Founder of Morrow Hill, brings over 20 years of expertise and innovation to the commercial real estate industry. He oversees more than 8 million square feet of real estate that Morrow Hill leases and acquires annually across the globe.

At Morrow Hill, Hill is deeply involved in day-to-day operations, oversees the Franchise Real Estate Division, and collaborates with the company's data engineers to develop proprietary technology tools tailored to clients ranging from emerging businesses to private equity-backed enterprises. His extensive experience in retail and office spaces enables him to guide companies in achieving their growth and development goals strategically.

Hill is a passionate advocate for franchising, serving as an active board member of the Titus Center for Franchising at Palm Beach Atlantic University and mentoring students at the Rinker Business School. In 2024, Hill started a scholarship for students in the Franchising program. He also participates as a Supplier Board member with the International Franchise Association and is an active leader in the organization. Hill also serves as an advocate for the organization frequently meeting with members of Congress to protect and promote the franchise model.

Hill's achievements in commercial real estate have been recognized by the Wall Street Journal and numerous business journals nationwide. In his free time, Hill enjoys spending time with his four children, is a proud member of USA Hockey, and coaches local youth hockey.

Red brings more than 25 years of executive leadership in many areas of franchising, marketing, and entrepreneurship. In his role as President of IFPG, Red is responsible for growing membership as well as developing and overseeing new and exciting programs to support the Franchise Consultant network. Red’s work at IFPG has led to its distinction as the #1 franchise broker network, named by Entrepreneur magazine for the past six years in a row.   

Red’s career includes key Officer positions with Expense Reduction Analysts and ActionCOACH. As founder of Pet Butler, a nationwide chain of pet-service franchises, Red launched the brand and built it to more than 100 locations before selling it in 2010. 

A franchise enthusiast, Red can be found at all major industry events. Red and his wife, Shell, live in Carrollton, TX with their three college-age children.
