Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for driving strategic expansion, revitalizing franchise recruitment systems, and delivering measurable results in highly competitive markets.
Currently serving as Vice President of Franchise Development for FullSpeed Automotive, Kelly leads franchise sales strategy, lead generation, broker network management, and executive reporting functions while overseeing cross-functional collaboration across marketing, real estate, and construction. Prior to FullSpeed Automotive, she held senior franchise development leadership roles with 9Round, Newk’s Eatery, Taco John’s International, Bruegger’s Bagels, Regis Corporation, The UPS Store, Winmark Corporation, and Merle Norman Cosmetics. She has utilized her expertise in franchise sales strategy, multi-unit development, resale and transfer programs, lead generation and market planning to award hundreds of franchise agreements throughout the United States and Canada.
