Mitch Cohen

Mitch Cohen is the CEO of Management 360 LLC and a seasoned franchise leader with over 40 years of experience. He has developed 8 Jersey Mike’s Subs and 5 Sola Salon Studios in Long Island, NY, and is a partner at PerforMax Franchisee Advisors. A dedicated industry advocate, Mitch serves on the boards of the International Franchise Association (IFA), Multi-Unit Franchise Conference (MUFC), and Special Olympics New York, and is set to chair the MUFC in 2026. He previously operated 13 Dunkin’, Baskin-Robbins, and Nathan’s Famous locations. Mitch has earned numerous accolades, including Franchisee of the Year, the Pathfinder Leadership Award, and the Dunkin’ Brands Special Service Recognition Award. He co-chaired the Joy in Childhood Foundation for 12 years and has been a vocal supporter of franchisee relations.
