Patrick Sanchez is the Vice President of Brand Partnerships at Franchise FastLane, where he works with emerging franchise brands to build scalable growth strategies and accelerate franchise sales. Since joining the company in 2019, he has helped guide hundreds of entrepreneurs through the franchise investment process and has played a role in the awarding of more than 350 franchise territories across North America. Prior to Franchise FastLane, Patrick led multi-unit retail operations, owned a franchise business, and built teams across multiple states, giving him a firsthand understanding of what it takes to grow a business from the ground up. His experience spans franchise development, operations, sales leadership, and brand strategy, allowing him to bring a practical, operator-focused perspective to every conversation.
