Roxane Harris
Roxane Harris is Vice President, Franchise & Block Advisors at H&R Block, where she leads a team of directors supporting more than 16,000 associates serving clients across 2,700 offices in the United States and internationally. With more than 35 years of leadership experience, she specializes in defining operations strategy and driving enterprise-aligned programs and initiatives that deliver business results.
Prior to joining H&R Block, Roxane served as an Information Technology consultant with Sogeti LLC and Ernst & Young, and held a variety of leadership roles at Hallmark Cards, Inc.
Roxane is a sought-after speaker and has presented at organizations including the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, UMKC Bloch School of Management, Central Exchange Emerging Leaders, Walmart, and Rockhurst University. She is passionate about mentoring and developing the next generation of leaders, with a focus on career growth and professional advancement.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Roxane is committed to community impact through her support of nonprofit organizations, including United We, Friends of Alvin Ailey, and The Potter’s House Dallas. She is also an avid learner, holding a master’s degree in Computer Resources Information Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Rockhurst University. In addition, she is a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) through the International Franchise Association.
Outside of her professional and community work, Roxane enjoys building her real estate portfolio and spending time with her family as a dedicated wife and mother of three.
