Scott began his career in franchising in 2002 with a small emerging brand called Beef O Brady's.  Starting with 5 people in the organization and 20 locations, Scott built a team, systems and process that successfully opened an additional 277 locations. Scott and the team supported the development and eventual acquisition of the "The Brass Tap" as an additional growth vehicle.  Scott and the team then completed a successful sale to private equity in 2010. Scott joined a 2 unit brand called Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux, a Louisiana themed sports restaurant as President and eventually COO/ CEO. Beginning with a team of 6 people, Scott led the growth of corporate locations.  Walk-On's was voted the #1 Sports Bar in North America by ESPN in 2012.  Scott and team launched a franchise company in 2015 and developed 80 locations as of 2023.

Scott is now the CEO of R&R Brands, the owner and franchisor of 4 unique franchisors:
Pieology, Party Fowl, Cody's Original Roadhouse and Santa Fe Cattle Company.  Scott is a graduate of the University of Florida where is also an Executive in Residence and Adjunct Professor
