A former University of Florida All‑American and NFL offensive lineman, he brings a unique blend of discipline, teamwork, and heart to the world of BBQ. Known for championing authenticity and elevating the culture of Southern hospitality, Shannon has become a respected voice in operations, leadership, and guest experience. His journey reflects Sonny’s commitment to developing people, strengthening communities, and positioning the brand for the next generation.
