Suhail Rehman is an award-winning franchise entrepreneur and one of the UK's most accomplished multi-brand operators, with over a decade of experience scaling networks across care, hospitality, and education. 

He leads the largest Home Instead franchise group in Scotland, spanning ten territories and employing more than 500 people, consistently delivering strong revenue growth and industry-leading care quality. 

As a major Black Sheep Coffee multi-unit partner, he operates flagship Glasgow stores and is delivering a 20 store West Scotland development pipeline. He is also a Mathnasium and easyStorage franchisee and holds the exclusive Scottish rights for Spud Bros Express. 

In 2023 he won the prestigious BFA Multi-Unit Franchisee of the Year Award, one of UK franchising's highest honours, alongside multiple brand-level awards for growth and launch excellence. 

Suhail sits on the Franchise Exchange Councils for both Home Instead and Black Sheep Coffee, advising on strategic direction and developing high-performing teams.
