Susan Rothwell is the Chief Revenue Officer at Simpli.fi. In this role, Susan has responsibility leading the sales team and driving growth for the company. With more than 27 years of experience in sales and marketing, Susan was most recently the Chief Revenue Officer at Epsilon where she led a major sales transformation, creating a unified, customer-focused selling team that simplified the go-to-market strategy and increased revenue across all lines of business. Rothwell oversaw Epsilon’s client-facing teams to maximize the value delivered to brands, agencies, and through technology, data, and digital campaign activation across the open web. She partnered closely with the executive leadership team to evolve the company’s go-to-market strategy and build on Epsilon’s strong performance, which included double digit organic growth. Before joining Epsilon, Rothwell served as Chief Revenue Officer at Vericast, where she drove $2.5 billion in profitable revenue by aligning strategy, performance, and revenue operations. She successfully led the integration and structure of multiple sales divisions, guided print and digital teams to double-digit growth, and spearheaded key initiatives and training programs to meet the needs of a rapidly changing client environment. Earlier in her career, Rothwell held leadership roles at Polaroid Corporation in sales, business development, partner relations, training, and marketing. She earned a B.S. from La Salle University and completed Harvard Business School Executive Education programs.
