Tiffany Perez

Tiffany Perez began her career in the restaurant industry with a Panera Bread franchisee in Houston, TX. There she supported the opening of new locations as a team member trainer. She later brought her passion for people and operations to Potbelly Sandwich Works prior to joining Salata as a General Manager Training Lead.  Perez is especially drawn to the franchise model because it gives people the freedom to grow while still offering the support they need to succeed. At Salata Salad Kitchen, Tiffany Perez brings her deep experience in franchise operations, training and passion for fresh, nutritious food to her leadership role, as vice president of franchise development where she supports team growth and development.
