He previously served as Director of New Business at UBS, the world’s largest private bank, where he led strategic initiatives focused on expansion, partnerships, and revenue generation across North America and LATAM.

Today, Shamim is the founder of Every Desire Deeply Examined (EDDE), a business studio and advisory platform dedicated to building, scaling, and realigning companies at critical stages of growth. Through EDDE, he works with founders, operators, and investors to translate vision into execution across borders and industries.
