Compulsory Forms and Insurance

You have booked a  stand. You will need to complete and return the compulsory forms under the  heading. All exhibitors must submit a valid certificate of insurance (COI), more details can be found below.

CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE - ALL EXHIBITORS

RainProtection is the official provider of insurance for exhibitors.

  • As a standard requirement for all our show exhibitors, it is necessary for you to carry general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate.

  • All exhibitors must provide a copy of their certificate of insurance (COI) - this is mandatory.

  • Your COI must be submitted no later than Friday, August 21 2026.

  • If you do not have valid insurance in place, click HERE for further information on purchasing event-specific compliant insurance for $109 + tax.

Compliant Exhibitor COI must:

  • Be valid between Wednesday, 23th September - Saturday, 26th September 2026.

  • List the certificate holder as: IFA Expo Inc. (382 George St ,Flr 2, New Brunswick, NJ 08901)

  • Note the under 'description of operations: "Additional Insured: IFA Expo Inc., Business Show Media Inc, ASM Global Parent, LLC, SMG, Greater Ft. Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center, Broward County Board of County Commissioners, Broward County, Florida, their Officers, Directors, Agents and Employees and Global Experience Specialists. As respects to claims arising out of the operations of Exhibiting Company at IFA World Franchise Show 2026."

How to Submit your COI:

  • If you purchase your COI through the above RainProtection link, this will be submitted once it's processed. You do not need to resubmit it yourself.
  • If you decide to use your own insurance, please make it compliant to the above requirements and submit a copy to: portal@Rainprotection.net. You MUST include the Official Show Name and Year clearly written in the body of your email, e.g.: I will be exhibiting at IFA World Franchise Show 2026

 

SHELL SCHEME BOOTHS

All shell scheme booths must complete the Compulsory Booth Activity Form, detailing any activities you intend to hold within your booth space. This will also be where you submit the company name you would like printed on your ID sign for your booth. The form must be completed by Friday, August 21 2026.

SPACE ONLY BOOTHS

CLICK HERE to download the 2026 Health & Safety Booth Build Regulations. Please read this carefully. All space only exhibitors and Exhibitor Appointed Contractors (EACs) must comply with these regulations.

1. Complete the Compulsory Form

All space only exhibitors must complete the online Compulsory Booth Activity Form by Friday, 21 August 2026.

2. Submit Booth Documentation

Please submit the following by Friday, 21 August 2026:

  • Booth design/renders with dimensions
  • Risk Assessment
  • Method Statement
  • EAC contact details
  • Structural calculations (where applicable)
  • Fire safety documentation (where applicable)

3. Additional Booth Requirements
  • Booths over 8 ft high may require additional structural approval.
  • Booths up to 14 ft may be permitted, subject to location within the hall.
  • Boundary walls over 8 ft must be finished to a professional standard, with rear-facing walls finished plain white or a neutral colour.
  • All space only booths must provide carpet or suitable flooring covering the entire stand.
  • If you are building an enclosed, covered or multi-level booth, please review the regulations and complete the BCCC Structural Permit Form.
4. Exhibitor Appointed Contractors (EACs)

All EACs must submit their insurance certificates to GES (click HERE to submit) and receive approval from the show's Health & Safety Advisor before construction begins.
