The material handing cost to have items delivered to the Advance Warehouse is the same as it would be to ship to Show Site, however it would be on your booth ready for your arrival!
All deliveries being sent to the GES Advance Warehouse must have the GES Advance Warehouse label attached to each parcel. Pre-book your advance warehouse material handling in via the GES website using the link on the Supplier List.
Direct to Show Site
If you do decide to ship items direct to Show Site, deliveries will only be accepted between the below times:
- Wednesday 23rd September, 13:00 - 18:00
- Thursday 24th September, 08:00 - 17:00
All deliveries must have the GES Direct to Show Site labels attached to each parcel. Any material arriving at the Show Site will be handled by GES. You can pre-book your material handling in via the GES website via the link on the Supplier List page.
The IFA World Franchise Show is not liable for any loss or damages of deliveries or booth materials.
Onsite Storage
All exhibitor storage requirements must be arranged through the General Contractor, GES. Freight handled by GES under the show's material handling program includes the storage of empty containers for the duration of the event.
Due to venue security and fire safety regulations, unauthorized storage of crates, cartons, packing materials, or other items is not permitted within the exhibition halls, behind booths, or in any public areas.
To have empty containers stored, exhibitors should obtain 'Empty Storage' labels from the GES Servicenter and securely attach them to each crate, case, pallet, or container. GES will collect and remove labeled empty containers from the booth and place them in designated storage areas.
GES will return stored empty containers to exhibitor booths after the exhibition closes. Exhibitors should not expect access to stored materials during show hours. If access is required, please reach out to GES directly to discuss options.
