Booth Types

There are two types of booths available: Shell Scheme or Space Only. The specific configuration of the booth varies based on factors such as the number of exposed sides and placement. 

Shell Scheme booths come with pepper gray carpet, hard back wall, identification sign. If you are exhibiting within a pavilion, you may have additional open side(s) or low height shell walling. For any questions, please refer to these Booth Regulations.

Space Only (Raw / Custom Build) booths do not come with carpet or a backwall as standard. You may have a hard backwall if you back onto another booth. You must appoint an EAC (exhibitor appointed contractor) to build your booth, this can be through GES - our show contractor. Flooring is mandatory for all space only booths, this can be laid by your EAC or hired through the show contractor GES.

Pavilions

If you have a 10x10 pavilion booth, please note the below IAEE line-of-sight regulations to ensure all booths are visible.

There must not be any articles higher than 4' tall in the front 5' of your booth, this includes screens on stands, pull up banners or standalone graphics. These can sit in the back 5' of your booth only.
